Crystals Meditation Process
Gaze at your crystal, observing its structure with your heart. Notice its unique characteristics—color, texture, light reflections, inclusions, fragments, striations, and more. As you gaze and observe, allow your consciousness to merge with the crystal, feeling the interaction of its energy within you and around you.
Next, gently close your eyes while maintaining your focus on the crystal. Sense its energy, sending blessings of love and gratitude to your crystal. Feel the high-frequency light and crystalline energy permeating your hands and flowing into every part of your body—your blood vessels, your cells. Take time to fully experience this process.
When you feel ready, ask your crystal: What are you here to teach me?” Or directly ask the crystal about a question troubling you now, requesting its help to find the answer. Engage in dialogue with the crystal, feeling its energy, radiance, and consciousness in your hands. You may sense the crystal’s energy—a pulsing sensation, tingling, an electric current, or a subtle feeling of love and peace. Turn your awareness inward, focusing on your breath and your inner sensations… Merge with the crystal, savoring love and oneness.
Continue relaxing, immersing yourself in stillness. Allow the crystal’s light and energy to dissolve into your body. Alternatively, chant a mantra to accelerate the manifestation of your intention, or simply focus on relaxation and breath, feeling your oneness with the crystal, the Earth, the Divine, and all that exists. As you realize your infinite nature and inherent completeness… End your meditation with gratitude—thank yourself, thank your crystal, thank the infinite light, thank all that exists. Stretch your body and fully return to the present moment.
